I love working with people and guiding multi- generational businesses along their journey while also creating a solid plan to protect their legacy.

Robbie brings more than four decades of experience as a tax and estate planning attorney. He has built long-standing relationships with families and businesses, taking them through significant transactions and advising them on how to set themselves up for the future.

Robbie advises clients on income, estate and gift tax planning. He also helps them make critical decisions involving probate and trust administration and designs estate plans that align with their goals to avoid issues down the road.

As businesses grow, Robbie continues to provide guidance around tax implications and wealth planning to protect their assets. He also helps owners and businesses develop exit strategies, whether that be through mergers and acquisitions or succession planning to pass the baton to the next generation.

His clients include a variety of businesses, from ranches and grocery stores to tech and manufacturing companies. They appreciate that Robbie is a seasoned attorney dedicated to their business, sincere and doesn’t hesitate to give straightforward advice. He has seen countless scenarios and understands how to navigate family dynamics that come into play.
